Prepoziții de Bază pentru Locație Simplă

• `In` (în, înăuntru) Folosim `in` când un lucru este cuprins într-un spațiu închis, într-o zonă sau într-un recipient. Exemple: - „The toys are **in** the box.” (Jucăriile sunt în cutie.) - „My book is **in** my bag.” (Cartea mea este în geantă.) - „We live **in** Bucharest.” (Locuim în București.)
• `On` (pe) Folosim `on` când un lucru este așezat pe o suprafață sau este fixat pe ceva. Exemple: - „The apple is **on** the table.” (Mărul este pe masă.) - „The picture is **on** the wall.” (Tabloul este pe perete.) - „The cat is sleeping **on** the chair.” (Pisica doarme pe scaun.)
• `Under` (sub) Folosim `under` când un lucru se află dedesubtul altui lucru. Exemple: - „The ball is **under** the bed.” (Mingea este sub pat.) - „My shoes are **under** the desk.” (Pantofii mei sunt sub birou.)

Alte Prepoziții Utile

• `Next to` (lângă) Indică faptul că ceva se află imediat lângă altceva. Exemplu: „The dog is sleeping **next to** his owner.” (Câinele doarme lângă stăpânul său.)
• `Behind` (în spatele) Semnifică faptul că un obiect este în partea din spate a altuia. Exemplu: „The tree is **behind** the house.” (Copacul este în spatele casei.)
• `In front of` (în fața) Opusul lui `behind`, arată că un obiect este în partea din față a altuia. Exemplu: „The car is parked **in front of** the building.” (Mașina este parcată în fața clădirii.)
• `Between` (între) Folosim `between` când un lucru se află la mijloc, având două obiecte, persoane sau locuri de o parte și de alta. Exemplu: „The bank is **between** the supermarket and the post office.” (Banca este între supermarket și poștă.)
